30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and clearance items are non-refundable. Items damaged due to misuse are also not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
